LAHORE: President Asif Ali Zardari arrived in Lahore on Saturday for a three-day official visit, having traveled from Islamabad. Upon his arrival at Lahore Airport, he was warmly received by Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan. 

During his stay in the provincial capital, President Zardari is expected to attend the highly anticipated final match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) on Sunday. In addition to his participation in the sporting event, the president will also engage in crucial discussions with senior leaders of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Punjab chapter to deliberate on party affairs and political strategies. 

The visit underscores the president’s active engagement in both national events and party matters, reflecting his continued involvement in key political and social activities. Further details regarding his schedule and meetings are expected to be disclosed as his visit progresses.
