ISLAMABAD / LAHORE: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, has extended his warmest greetings to the nation on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, describing it as a celebration of sacrifice, compassion, and solidarity — the very values that unite humanity and form the foundation of a just and peaceful society.
According to a press release issued by the Media Cell, Bilawal House, Chairman PPP, in his Eid message, said that Eid-ul-Azha serves as a reminder that true sacrifice goes beyond the ritual offering of animals. It is about the willingness to forgo personal interests for the collective good, to support those in need, and to stand in solidarity with the oppressed — with empathy and courage.
He urged the people of Pakistan to remember the underprivileged during this festive occasion and to share their blessings with those facing hardship, particularly in areas affected by poverty, climate crises, or conflict.
