Islamabad – Secretary General of the Pakistan People's Party (PPP), Humayun Khan, has paid a heartfelt tribute to Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari for his outstanding leadership and diplomatic excellence, which he says has significantly elevated Pakistan’s image on the international stage.
