President PML-N Muhammad Nawaz Sharif & CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif Meet MPAs from Gujranwala Division

Lahore, 05 February 2025:

PML-N President Muhammad Nawaz Sharif along with Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif met Members of the Punjab Assembly from Gujranwala, Narowal and Sialkot districts to discuss various ongoing development and public welfare projects in the province. Overall political situation of the country besides future strategies in economic development and public welfare both at national and provincial levels were also discussed in the meeting. President PML-N Muhammad Nawaz Sharif said on the occasion,”Decline in the pace of inflation is an indication of economic improvement in the country.” He added,”Rise in the stock exchange is a reflection of the confidence of business and investment community.” He highlighted,”Increase in the pace of journey towards development is reflective of a pleasant change.”

Muhammad Nawaz Sharif said,”It is good that Pakistan has come to a standstill in the decline towards which it was being pushed.” He added,”Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is working hard in the federation, Allah Almighty is doing His best.”

PML-N President said,”Maryam Nawaz Sharif is more than a Chief Minister. She is a Punjabi, and is working with a spirit of a mother and a daughter.” He added,”Allah Almighty also holds hands of those who serve His creation with good intentions and hard work.”

The visiting Members of the Punjab Assembly paid tribute to Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif for introducing record number of development and public welfare projects in Punjab. They said,”Mian Sahib, how proud you are of a brave and a worthy daughter like Maryam Nawaz.” They added,”When Mian Nawaz Sharif's name is mentioned, it is a blessing, Alhamdulillah.”

The Members of Punjab Assembly said,”Maryam Nawaz Sharif has brought programs for the rehabilitation of every class in one year, people are praying.” They added,”Suthra Punjab, Kisan Card, Scholarship Program, construction and rehabilitation of roads, 'Dhi Rani Program, upgradation of Basic/Rural Health Centers and that of the entire health system are glaring examples of public service.”

Madam Chief Minister expressed her gratitude to the visiting Members of Punjab Assembly, and said,”Being a daughter of Quaid Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, I feel more responsible to carry forward their exemplary mission of public service.” She added,”Through quality and speed of public service, we are carrying forward the past tradition of PML-N.” She acknowledged,”Your guidance and trust are key to our strength and success.”

Senior party leader and Defense Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Senator Pervez Rashid, Rana Sanaullah, Punjab Senior Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb and Rashid Nasrullah were also present in the meeting.
