Lahore (Special Correspondent) – Syed Hassan Murtaza, General Secretary of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Punjab, stated that leaders like Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto are born once in centuries. He said that Bhutto was a global leader possessing exceptional diplomacy, intellect, and statesmanship who awakened the masses to the reality that true political power resides with the people.
Murtaza emphasized that due to Bhutto's political vision, authoritarianism could not take deep roots in Pakistan. He highlighted Bhutto’s role in uniting and mobilizing the Muslim world to break free from imperialist domination, dedicating his entire life to establishing Pakistan as a dignified and significant nation on the world stage.
The PPP leader asserted that Bhutto’s contributions would forever be remembered not just by his party but by the entire nation. He lamented that Bhutto fell victim to judicial injustice, calling his execution a "judicial murder."
Murtaza declared that Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto is still alive in the face of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. He firmly stated that as long as even a single PPP worker remains, Bhutto’s legacy will continue to endure.
