Islamabad: Pakistan’s First Lady, Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, has issued a strong condemnation of India’s recent cross-border strikes on Pakistani territory, calling them a “blatant violation” of Pakistan’s sovereignty and an unprovoked act of aggression.

“I strongly condemn India’s unlawful attacks on Pakistan. This is a blatant violation of our sovereignty and an unprovoked act of aggression, with innocent women and a child reportedly killed.”
— Aseefa Bhutto Zardari (@AseefaBZ)

In her statement, the First Lady highlighted:

  • Violation of Sovereignty: She described the attacks as an open breach of Pakistan’s territorial integrity.

  • Targeting Civilians: Expressed deep sorrow that “innocent women and a child” were reportedly killed in the strikes.

  • Unprovoked Aggression: Reiterated that Pakistan “will not tolerate” such acts of hostility.

Mrs. Zardari’s remarks echo widespread national outrage and reinforce calls for the international community to condemn cross-border attacks that endanger non-combatants and violate international law.
