PTI leaders strongly condemned Indian aggression
Keeping national unity in mind announced to postpone APC
Leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and the Aaine- Tufuze - Pakistan (Constitution Protection Movement of Pakistan) strongly condemned Indian aggression and expressed full solidarity with the Pakistan Army. Opposition Leader in the Punjab Assembly, Malik Ahmed Khan Bhachar, and Chief Organizer of the Constitution Protection Movement, Latif Khosa, demanded the release of PTI founder Imran Khan and called for a meeting of the Security Council. During a press conference, Latif Khosa also read out a resolution passed against India.**
Speaking to the media outside the Punjab Assembly, Opposition Leader Ahmed Khan Bhachar, along with Constitution Protection Movement Chief Organizer Latif Khosa, Shista Khosa, Ali Iftikhar Warraich, Sheikh Iftikhar, and Farrukh Javed Moon, stated that PTI strongly condemns India’s cowardly act of aggression and that the Pakistani nation stands united with the armed forces. He emphasized that since the creation of Pakistan, India has failed to accept Pakistan’s sovereignty. Bhachar asserted that no Security Council meeting would be complete without the participation of PTI’s founder. He questioned why Imran Khan remains imprisoned when Rahul Gandhi and Modi can meet.**
**Latif Khosa stated that Modi is responsible for anti-Muslim riots and that after India’s nighttime aggression, the Pakistani nation has united like an iron wall. He vowed that they are ready to sacrifice their last drop of blood to protect Pakistan. Khosa accused Modi of violating the Indus Waters Treaty and waging war against Pakistan, stressing that water is the lifeline of the country. He also criticized the disgraceful actions during the All Parties Conference (APC), stating that while the enemy is attacking, fascism is reaching its peak within the country. He lamented that they were not allowed to participate in the APC, calling it hypocrisy.**
**Khosa further stated that the country currently needs strong leadership, which is currently imprisoned in Adiala Jail. He declared that they will continue to resist the Shehbaz Sharif government and fascism. During the press conference, Khosa read out the resolution against India, which stated that India carried out a cowardly attack on Pakistani soil under the cover of darkness, martyring innocent civilians. The resolution condemned the act unanimously, setting aside all differences. It accused the government of losing moral values and condemned the mistreatment of PTI founder’s sister and other leaders outside Adiala Jail. The resolution stated that Nawaz Sharif and the current prime minister are incapable of responding to India, and only a brave and courageous leader like Imran Khan can give a befitting reply. Finally, keeping national unity in mind, the APC was postponed, with a formal announcement to be made later.
